Hi Sharks, My wife is in discussion with Capgemini HR for D1 role (PMO Profile). what is the average CTC at this level we should expect and negotiate.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Been in Seattle for ~1 year and something I’ve observed is the constant s*it-talking of the city from the locals. Is this because they haven’t experienced other places? While the current homelessness in the city needs to be handled, crime is still relatively low compared to other major cities. The complaints about gloominess also seems a bit dramatic. What do you see as most attractive exit ops in Europe? In the US, everything is about Tech/FAANG, but it seems way less attractive in Europe (less strategic roles, comp. seems much lower than in the US, very centralized around London/Dublin).

I recently received an offer for 200k€ in Amsterdam. Includes travel, 30% ruling, holiday pay.

Any idea if that is enough to cover a mortgage on a flat within biking distance from the city center without over spending on housing?

I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
1. I might also get offers from PwC or Deloitte, are they likely to pay more?
2. Is that enough to live a comfortable life in Amsterdam Zuid?

Received one offer from Accenture Technology in Netherlands. Level 7 (Manager). Base salary 5000€ /month.
