Hello Fishs,

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Good Day! I have got offer from HCL Technologies
My YOE is 3 years(Tech stack- Oracle DBA) and CTC I got is 10 LPA gross.
Will it be worth joining hcl at this PKG considering I am switching from TCS. Or should I take retention offer of 8.5 LPA.
Please give your advice.
