Got an offer from Goldman Sachs with 23.5 LPA for Senior Analyst with 3 Years of relevant experience. Total YOE is 5.6 Years and Current CTC is 19.6 LPA.

Should I go ahead or negotiate as they are saying this is the best they can offer for Hyderabad location.

What are people’s thoughts on the market risk division of tier 1 IB’s like GS, JPM and MS? The pay seems to be quite high and hours no where near as bad as other areas of the bank. Thoughts?

I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.

My issue is, I have so much firm's work that I have hard time to work on my cases/clients. It feels like my cases are supposed to be done after hours (like after 6 pm). My work hours are crazy. I feel this is unfair and since my firm's taking 70% of my sales. Should I ask for a raise?
