I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to reviewing payslips, but I was wondering if you could help me calculate my correct Fixed and Variable CTCs. Should I add my other allowances to my basic pay to calculate my Fixed pay, or is it the other way around?

What is the Fixed and Variable pay that I should mention in my interview?

Considering a jump from Chicago to New York. I truly love living in Chicago and how far this salary gets me but I definitely want to try to make it in New York.
