I’m on a long term project. My project is having me charge 10% of my time to a BD code. I suppose the argument could be made that we always do some BD to secure the extension of contract every few months but I’m level 9 and mostly just delivering client work (sometimes help develop assets as an extension of our delivery). Is this normal?

What if agencies took all the creatives they were going to fire due to age and made them recruiters? They'd actually know what to look for and we wouldn't lose all the wisdom they've accumulated.

Mental and physical health check: how's everyone doing? I'm not doing well. Depression and anxiety have set in. I have no idea how I am going to survive this.

I told my friends, my clients are intimidating, no one responded to me...and I work remote so I have no one else on the team to vent to...

But where to go? What companies have matrixed organizations, empowers and motivates their smart people who love the work and pays them well because they are profitable? I’m genuinely asking.
