Hello Fishes. I am joining HSBC EDPI next month. Curious to know: 1. Is there a time tracking of employees on when they come and go? Is any action taken on this? 2. Is casual dressing like jeans and a collared Tee or casual shirt allowed on normal days?

I work on a team that is 95% H1b (it’s really just me and 1 other on a team that’s 20+). The client has a few topics that are restricted to US citizens on US soil only. There’s a few team members that are visibly (not recently because it’s virtual) upset when asked to leave the room for these discussions to take place. Why would they get so offended?
