Hello fishes, I had got the offer from Hashedin by deloitte Deloitte for level 5 and have 7 YOE the position they are offering is Engineering Management Master. I negotiated but HR was rigid and the package they are offering is low, they are offering 30+ with 0 to 16% variable. Please suggest, shall I apply anywhere else to counter the offer . Is there any chance if I counter the offer they will agree to match or somehow increase ? Your suggestion means a lot to me in this situation please 🙏
