I have my interview scheduled for the role of BA 1 at Amazon .
My first round is a telephonic one over chime can anyone tell me what kind of interview will it be and how many rounds are there for this particular role .
note:- This position requires only 1+ years of experience.

To shave or not to shave for the MBA interview?

I have a dilemma. I lead a recruiting team in a consulting group and we are having trouble meeting our numbers. We are under pressure to deliver and we have been working together to make our numbers grow. Today I find out that one of the recruiters went to HR to say I have been pressuring them too much. I have a lead on my team who I discussed this with who doesn’t think there has been pressure at all. Suggestions ? I don’t know who the person is.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. I had 10 slots to choose from. I took the first slot available. Three were one day earlier this week and the rest are next week. Does it look good (or desperate, lol) on my part that I took the first time or should I have waited until next week so that I would be fresher on their minds when choosing a candidate? Also, do interviewers still appreciate a handwritten note after an interview?

Hi, i got the offer from other company and my current company is also trying to retain me by matching the offer, the thing is the other company from whom i got offer is in pune and i live in mumbai so i would have to relocate if i accept their offer. So Im confused whether i should accept their offer and resign and continue searching for other openings for counter offer or should i stay in my current company which is near me ?

I gave 3rd round interview yesterday with hiring manager and hr called and said I cleared it and there is one more final round with On-site manager.

Today he called and said that the hiring manager who took my interview forwarded me to another panel and there is one more round with different manager and only if I clear then there will be another final round with on-site manager
