I have offer from Accenture and nagarro for business analyst role & both are offering same ctc, nagarro is offering permanent WFH. Very much confused as which co. should I join for better growth and wlb. Pls suggest.

I’m looking to get into the banking world. I have 3 yoe in FinTech as an analyst and a manager. I’m interested in becoming an analyst at JP Morgan or Raymond James. I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.

Freecharge: HR discussion is pending but would offer more than 20 LPA

Not sure what to choose, designation is SSE in every company.
I want good work culture, WLB, good tech stack.
Also, I have 1 month NP left, can you suggest me some good companies to apply?

He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.
