I have recently started interviewing for MTS role at Salesforce Hyderabad location. I have completed 3 rounds (1 Problem Solving, 1 Domain Specific and 1 Hiring Manager). Last round happened on 21/12/2023 (before holidays) and I haven’t got any update on the next rounds or process. I would like to know what would be the base + stock options that SF would offer for this role. Any responses would help!

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....
