I have got two offers Accenture and Synechron. Synechron is offering more than Accenture. Can I go to Accenture and ask for salary matching with whatever Synechron is offering? It's almost one and half month I have accepted Accenture offer and my joining is in third week of the August.

I just want to know that will it be correct to ask Accenture for salary matching? What are the chances. Do they agree for such? Please suggest

First time posting here but… I’m currently a 1st year Tax Analyst making 58,000 plus bonus. I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. I think all accentute team gone mad or atleast my contact person. Its my first switch and with small luck i got my fitst offer from accenture with 49% hike whick is not fine by me but had to accept it as i was not getting any call then. After putting my papers i got 3 more offers similar pay.last week my accen hr discussed with me that she will revise offer and i said i will need time as she was offering me less fixed and more JB . Now she release offer with less that what mentioned in call.
