How can I make it, I'm excited for the big data roles, but currently build on-premises cloud web applications.

How can I start tackling in the big data field, a little guidance please.

Currently I hold a 2.5yrs of experience in .net stack.
And have knowledge of SQL server (Non data warehousing)

What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?

The NEP has a book of business, though no idea how much it brings in.

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

1.Resign and join other one for better package.
2.reject offer and stay in the company atleast an year as it may impact future if we leave early.
3.abscond and join new company as they are offering more .

I was in the same situation so I rejected better offer considering impact on future interviews and also NP is 3mnths from day1 in newly joined Org.
Now I am regretting for rejecting beter offer.
