Need Help with EY Joining Process.


I have been working in tier 3 automotive industry for the last 10 years and currently cracked an interview for an SAP consultant in EY. The current CTC is 7.6 lpa and offered ctc is 11.5 lpa ( 10lpa fixed).

Is this worthy with the local market standards? No joining bonus offered. Please suggest as I am new to IT work culture.

I cleared tech and delivery mgr rounds.
I had a hr round and her budget is 11 lpa.
I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?

Received an offer yesterday and was not offered sign on bonus, however I just remember I need to pay back a portion of my EY sign on bonus...Is it too late to bring it up and ask for a sign on bonus now?

I recently had two interviews with a director and a manager for Sr. associate role (DS&AI) at PwC. And then, I was asked to interview with another director. All in all, the interviews went well. But I haven’t heard back anything yet! The directors told me that they are in dire need of people and are hiring like crazy! With the current hits to the stock market, and a serious recession outlook, is PwC still gonna hire people ? If I were given an offer, is it a good idea to join the firm ?

I got offer from 2 firms KPMG global for 6 lpa and Deloitte India for 6.5 lpa. Which one should i move for.

My personal opinion is to go for DI because its in my hometown, for KPMG i need to relocate. But many people are telling WLB was bad in DI. any suggestions..

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. It would be really helpful if anyone could share their views. Thanks.
