2. EY - Level 32 - Manager 1 - JB 1L

Fixed is almost same however Accenture is giving more variable.

Profile - Tech Risk, GRC . YOE - 9.2.

Also help with the bracket salary if anyone knows of the levels.

Open to a lot of things - internal audit, forensic accounting, real estate or fixed asset accounting, or generally any kind of senior accountant role for an interesting company. Also, what should I say my salary expectation is? Already making in the range of $85-88k.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Wanted to know if going from at Analyst at Deloitte to Senior Associate at KPMG was feasible. I have 1.5 years of experience working in a SOC before joining Deloitte. I wanted to come in at the consultant level but the recruiter insisted on coming in as an analyst. I have been at Deloitte Cyber for a 1 year now & it has not been a good fit. So 2.5 years of cyber experience & a Masters in CS from elite school… is it feasible I try for a Senior Associate role at KPMG in cyber?
