I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
