Hi , I am 48 and from India, recently after covid i had to switch my career from manufacturing to IT. i underwent training in Salesforce for an year and then fortunately got recruited and its been now more than a year in Salesforce plus my 17+ year experirence in manufacturing. I slightly dropped my MacBook and apparently (slightly) damaged the keyboard and trackpad as per service Center. I don’t see any visible damage to the system but that’s what they say and are charging me about 28k for this even though my system is in warranty period (will complete a year in a few days).
