I have a offer from PwC US Advisory for Senior Associate role. They have offered fixed component but there is no mention of any variable component. How much on an average is there is performance bonus? I am currently working with Accenture which has variable component of 27%
Jus to get an idea of my total earning potential in the company and compare it with my current CTC

Is 170k (85 base/bonus) for a first year analyst market rate or low for PE?

EY GPS isn't very reassuring when it comes to appraisals without having MBAs, even for associate consultants.
I'm going in for my call next week with 3+ YOE, consistently great feedback reports, and a current CTC of 7LPA. What should I be expecting? So far I've heard it won't be any more than a 20% hike and nobody I've spoken to sounds confident about that either...

I got an offer from EY GDS India with 11.5 LPA Fixed and 5% Variable pay. For some of my friends got 10% variable pay. I am at staff level. Senior and above only will get 10% variable pay or even at staff level they will give 10% variable pay?
My Professional experience is 3 years and 2 months in Cyber Security.

Rn I have two offers in hand Byjus (Program Manager 14+1 CTC) and GMMCO (Senior Manager BD 15+ 2.5 CTC)
