Hello folks currently I have a fixed pay of 48 LPA 10 perc variable and additional RSUs in the range of 15k usd per annum.
I got call from a company called GetYourGuide in Berlin where they offer 130k-135k euro base salary plus full relocation and yearly budget for fitness and learning. Is it worth going through the process?
I know PPP wise it may be step back but I am seriously considering it because of lack of WLB and 0 infra development even after hefty taxes.

My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
