I have got an offer from EPAM Systems(A4 grade) - Hyderabad and client tagged is Edward Jones . Can you please help me how this project is running and work life balance and late night calls with clients .

also they have offered 40 LPA as fixed and 3 lakhs as joining bonus and i do have an offer with 45 LPA from Lloyds .

please let me know whether EPAM revises offer to 45 LPA as fixed as i have an counter offer and client round is already cleared .

How to get release from a project? Hating the work environment and pressure here.

PDM at Deloitte and recently told my current PM that I receive an offer to be on a different project and would like to rolloff my current project. They told me they have to check their WOA before they can confirm my last date. Is this a legit reason or something they made up just so I can’t leave?
