In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. I completed my interview loop at Google on August 12, 2022. My recruiter informed me on August 29th that due to a couple of realignments within the org, the hiring manager has not shared any feedback. I was informed on September 8th that the hiring committee is scheduled the next day (September 9th) and that I can expect a final feedback latest by September 12th. I wasn’t informed of the results and reached out, but the recruiter isn’t replying to my emails. Does this mean I was rejected?
