Hello Folks, I have got a offer from Accenture for 17 LPA fixed. Another offer i got from LTI of 21.5 LPA fixed. I used to this offer to Negotiate withe Accenture. They Increased my offer but 3 days before joining they are saying we cannot give yo increased offer and asking to accept the initial offer. If i deny to accept the new reduced offer can they close my Application? I want to join Accenture but with the increased offer. is this Ethically right? and can i do something about it?

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .
