I have 2 offers - Virtusa (Lead SE) , HSBC (Sr Analyst Business Consulting). Both these offers relate to same business line of work.

1. Which company/role is better based on growth, culture, learning opportunities?
2. HSBC cannot offer more than Virtusa, and not even sure if they can match in terms of comp. How shall I negotiate ?
3. Any other relevant suggestions are most welcome

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.
