I have an offer from Deutsche Bank and recently got the offer letter. The components are as follows:

Basic

Flexi basket

Variable pay

Retirals - PF, gratuity

There is a component of flexi-basket which includes a lot of things. The compensation break-up has not been shared in detail. Can someone from Deutsche Bank here help me in understanding the break-up of flexi basket? The recruiter does not seem to give a clarity (maybe they are new?)

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII.
