Last week I completed my L1 & L2 for WY GDS, after that on monday i received a call from hr for a salary discussion. may i know how much time it Will take for the documentation process and offer release.
My current application status is showing as "forwarded as an applicant"

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed). Should I wait more and look for more opportunities or should I join. I don't know how much compensation should I get at 3.2 yoe. Plz suggest.

My current salary is under market average for my position but based off my coworkers’ negative experiences with asking for raises/promotions, I’m not really sure how to go about starting the conversation with my manager. There’s also a rumor going around that the company is going to scale back on our marketing efforts even though our VP tells us a different story. Either way I need more money and I just want to have that conversation before I begin looking for a new job.

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

Just resigned!!! So happy to move on from the bad situations I was in at Deloitte. Going to a well established fintech startup. Almost doubling my base salary. So excited for something new!

Anyone have any insight into the most recent base salary for S1 PwC advisory (Management consulting FS)?

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary


Just posting as a reminder to LEAVE that job (within a reasonable time 😂) and go where the money is!

(p.s. I already know some of you have had higher increases in the same amount of time & I consider 6 months minimum is “within a reasonable time”)

They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes. Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent.
