There is 38 attrition rate in FW, don't join. If you want to use this offer to negotiate current one then it's okay. But don't join
I am not able to get it. If the attrition rate is 38%, then total strength has to be reduced from 4900 to 3000.
How did you come up with this number 38% ?
The company will hire only when there is a place to fill. If no one leaves, why do they need to hire.
There will be around 500 deva and rest are sales persons. Only devs leave.
How can you say the rest are sales? What about product? marketing? CSMs? HRs? Do you even know the actual count of sales folks working in the company or are you just bluffing without any factual knowledge?
