Do we need to carry printed affidavit stating no criminal offence notarized on stamp paper on joining date of TCS ?

A lot of knowledge on here so asking for some help. It’s my partner’s birthday and I’ve no idea what to buy him. He’s a watch fanatic - Pateks (sports and dress), Audemars (sports and dress), Rolex (sports), Omega (sports).

I’m obviously not buying him a watch for his birthday (in his dreams!) but any idea for some good accessories? He’s already got a PP watch winder, and has bought multiple nice straps for the dress watches. I’m completely lost.

I’m seeing prices for watches that used to depreciate heavily pre-2020 - but suddenly began to hold value because of the Rolex craze - tank like crazy. IWC, Panerai, Omega etc. you name it. Finally!!!!

What’s the best thing I could buy for my old man’s birthday for about $10k? Would go Rolex (since he knows Rolex) but would prefer new, which limits my options there. Looking for something a little sporty, with a bracelet, and waterproof (100m should suffice). Nothing bombastic like a Panerai, but something a little more exciting than say a Datejust? And not Grand Seiko - he’s gonna think it’s like $50 and lose it :(
