What is the meaning of receiving Project end review created on iengage? My manager communicated me from 5th jan 2026 I will be releasing from the project and in the iengage portal PER date mentioned 31aug2025? Is it mean my release date preponed to 31Aug2025 or 05thJan2026?

1)If I show as 4.5 years exp in manual testing -how much I can expect?
2)2 years manual and 2 years automation.

CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
