For a 3 Year Experienced React Developer shifting from Service based company which is better Comcast or Verizon? Pay wise 1.5 LPA is the difference between two companies. Designation is same. Both have variable pay upto 10%.

Check the overtime laws for your state!!

I just recently worked 58.6 hours in a week, weekly pay, nice OT profit right? Depends on where you live.

In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.

I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse. We satisfy the criteria but two questions - 1) Is this still valid I.e., $12k can be invested for 2021? And 2) Any insight into how this is done - Vanguard doesn’t let me add more than $6k as it’s above the individual limit. I tried searching the bowl for specific answers but wasn’t successful. Currently serving notice period in TCS.
Will TCS extend LWD or stop the relieving letter if I don’t complete KT to my replacement before my LWD?
I see there is no possibility to complete KT in 2-3 months. It took me 6+ months to be completely aquatinted with my project post KT.

Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.

Is it good to switch from product based company to service based company if I'm offered with good hike? How much can i demand?
