Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Oracle SaaS as a career - of course its a good option...! Been over 7 years into it - I don't have an issue - valued in the market. Best part is I don't have to code ( although I can)..
Compensation wise - it's at par with other technologies... You will get on sites too..
Quality is good, work life balance can be maintained well..
SAP is going down the drain...,and oracle fusion is slowing replacing it..! So opportunities are pretty good in the coming 5 yrs...
Learning wise - you'll definitely learn the business process within a function (biggest advantage) when you move up the ladder.. ERP / CRM experience was very valuable during my MBA placement @ IIM A, got lots of shortlists because of it ..! You can count on it..
Now, satisfaction is completely subjective... So can't really comment on what can satisfy you personally 😅😅
