Any IPS Advisory folks out here ?
How is ntt data for Guidewire.
I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hello fishes! This is an honest question to all the marketing folks here. What area of marketing would you suggest for me to explore in the coming days? Be it consulting, analytics or content creation. I just completed my Bachelors in '21 and I'm currently working in social media. Looking forward to hearing from you guys!♡ Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture Deloitte
Hi fishes, I am looking for expert inputs on my next possible career move.
I have 10.5 years of total workex, and recently got promoted to CL6 (Sr Manager) at Accenture. I work in data science and analytics. My total comp's over 55 LPA. I'm looking for exit options outside. One big aspiration for me now is to settle down with a better work life balance as currently I spend 12+ hours on a daily basis in high stress projects. Please suggest firms which are hiring at these levels. TIA!

Bro go to Germany have some quality time, anyway everyone gonna die one day.
Money come and go , new place open new opportunities too.
Pricewise, 28L in India is in upper range while €60K in Germany is average.
Pro
Go to Germany
Look for your priorities if you are the one who like explore go to Germany and if you are single then definitely go.
Sahi baat h single h have fun. Once you get married you have think of lot things.
Go for 28 Lpa because 60k Euro in Germany is very average. You will get around 4-5k euro in hand per month and also daily expenses is very high compare to india.
Not 4 5 k, 3500-3800 to be precise in hand
Hi Wipro, which unit u from ? Does iDEAS have onsite opportunities ?
Any good account or project u can name ? Better work, good WLB, good onsite opportunities..
Are you willing to settle over there? The surely go. If not you will earn good money for few years comeback and your skills would have been outdated (as onsite work mostly support) and salary is well below market avg.
If you are explorer and don't want to think much about distant future then also you should take it.
It is a wrong perception that onsite work is only support and skills gets outdated.
I was in onsite and it was very good learning in terms of technical and functional knowledge
Ask your current employer to revise salary to 29 LPA,along with onsite.
they wont do both.. already asked😂
60k euro is good salary for bachelor but married person with kid will not be able to save much with this salary
