Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. 6.8 yrs experience in Automation Testing and currently in Test Lead position. Getting hired for Implementation Analyst/Manager considering my previous responsibilities held and aspirations. As said earlier my current total CTC is 15.5. How much can I expect? Also do HCL provide joining bonus?

BGV documents uploading links are routing to smart portal. Will it be the same credentials which is being used during discover portal login? Asked my recruiter HR, but no reply so far
