Hello, I applied to Sunlife and received a first interview call scheduled for 45 minutes. Is this a normal HR screening interview? 45 minutes seems quite long. So I am wondering if the Hr person would do a case interview during the call.

Do you ever let how well/poorly your day is going affect when you're interviewing someone? I've been in interviews where it's obvious the interviewer wants to get back to work asap

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?

Hi I have a question. I have been in media for television and radio for 20 years. I am looking to pivot to tech and I have an interview next Friday with a recruiter. It is for an executive broadcast booker position at Meta. There is no salary listed for this position or no previous salary history on glassdoor. I did find a salary listing but for Colorado and the minimum is 217,000. If I am questioned about what am my salary expectations; if i said 28000 is that too much & will that scare them.

What is a starting salary for a senior consultant that does energy transformation consulting at other consulting companies? Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that. Over the last 6 months I have had to coach him and correct simple mistakes in his work and recently it got so bad that I told him he would receive a low rating in his evaluation.
