I got offer in IBM for 16.2 LPA (5yoe) but my expected is 18 lpa and my LWD in current Company is Sept 02. I did not have any counter offers in my hand currently . Can I ask IBM again to provide me 18LPA by saying that I have counter offer . Will they ask for any proofs ? Please guide me.
