Hello , i have 1.5+ years of experience in ui ux designing,earlier i used to work in a startup and got a salary of 12k per month which was very less, as it was a remote job and i was willing to learn ui ix designing so i worked there for 1.5+ years , now when I switched the other company is giving me hike based on my previous salary , they are offering me 20k per month which is very less looking at my experience and skill set , may be other companies will also give hike , i have no ideapls guide

What are peoples thoughts on working for a Banking Company in a Product or Tech role? I know there are mixed feelings since it’s not working directly with interest, etc.

Hello Fishes, I have a Job offer from Cisco and Verizon(VDSI).

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
