I have been applying to graphic design jobs for almost 4 months now and haven’t even gotten to the interview stages or heard back from any prospective employers.

Has anyone else had this same problem. They seem to post the position available but never respond to anyone applying? I’ve had other people who say the same exact thing. It makes me curious if all their doing is just collecting data this way.

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

A year ago, I got promoted to Art Director, and since our team is pretty small, I’m still very hands-on in terms of designing. I’m currently responsible for creating online advertising, branding and everything that goes into our social media channels (design, not content). I want to ask others Art Directors here, what responsibilities you have. What your day-to-day looks like? I’m still doing everything that I used to do when I was a Lead Designer. Am I missing something?

I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different.
