Hello, I have been trying to find a job in the UK for the past two months. I am from India, and I have five years of experience working in digital marketing. I have watched a lot of YouTube videos about people who got their jobs through visa sponsorship, but nothing has worked for me. Could someone please tell me where I can find jobs other than on Reed, LinkedIn, and other sites?

I attended interview in hexaware on sep 24th and cleared all rounds I got a mail from HR to send documents on 29th sep after that no mail no calls.. it has been month.. usually how long hexaware take to release offer

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer
