Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

m/sm. i honestly don’t have any clue about visas hierarchy. i know for a fact it’s below director bc i report to one. i should probably know but i’m not someone who cares about titles tbh, and i legitimately forgot to ask during interviews.
Package is very reasonable in my personal opinion.
I received a similar offer, but didn’t get the performance based RSU unfortunately like you have.
Also don’t forget the 401K match you get. It’s amazing.
I personally write off any variable/discretionary pay such as 10% target and RSUs if not explicitly awarded. predominantly wondering about base comp.
that said agree i was very surprised with visas 401K offering!
What job level is this for?
Base looks high to me for Visa - seems like a great offer. When you say consultant, you don't mean like a contractor do you?
