I have received offer from Accenture with 20% increase in Infosys salary

Overall experiance 5 years

Infosys salary 1450000(1300000 fixed)
Accenture offered 1860000 (1540000 fixed)

Is it good to leave Infosys and join Accenture

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
