Chief
Gds working hybrid and not calling people if theybare away from their home towns with no nearby offices.
Roles are dependent on the team usually a mix between 40-60%. Asso mgrs ideally are not responsible for biz dev but they do take up initiatives.
If you can share your team/sl? Yoe? CTC offered?
I am surprised gds ppl are commenting everything except answering the OP. Shows the org culture. OP u r senior grade. Responsibilities will be IC with lil bit of team management.EVS is not considered top hiring pool by ey so EVS manager designation is not aligned with EY manager designation. U will have to work as an assoc. manager for atleast 2 years to progress to manager
Immensely helpful. Thanks!

Congratulations Good Offer!
Office 3 days / week. Depends on teams
Depends on projects. For HRs / admins it should be 10 to 6

Is 28L your current CTC or offered CTC?
Your job role would be a mix of team management, coaching, business development & actual execution. Currently operating in WFH, rest it depends on your team & SMs
28 is offered.
It differs from projects and clients.
70% hike! Wow... EY HRs hv become so generous!
Haven't heard from a single EY HR till date...
Hey @OP, can you share how were you able to score a 70% hike, will be useful info for us for future negotiations.
For negotiation one has to have a word with the HR and in my case I never spoke with an EY HR at all. It was just one round with a very senior guy which lasted for around 45 mn and that's it. Many events are kinda strange here that's y m asking you pals for more insights
Who negotiated and closed your offer ? 70% is a good margin, without providing valid docs and quoting your expected number you would have not got the offer letter....
And you have received the offer letter with 70% hike?
Iam not the right person to address your query, just wanted to get clarity from your post, you say you were able to get 70% hike and also complain HR was not reachable atall, then who closed your offer?? You would have received mails for asking valid documents, have you tried writing back on your doubts / queries to get clarity?
HR release 10-15 offers in a day, lot of coordination requires with each candidate, they may or may not receive candidate calls, emailing is the best practices as you would also be documenting it..
Hard to believe right. That's the reason m looking for answers from current EY and ex-EaY pals here. Mail communication happened for docs etc but never received a call from the HR.
AM2 bracket almost ends at 28. They offered something where they must have maxed out the budget and difficult for you too to reject.
For me also I got call from HR around 10days after docs submission, its fine they take time and have lot of approvals process but they will come back
