I graduated with a BSc. in Biology in 2020 and worked in Public Health from 2020 peak covid times to 2022. After the dip in covid, I couldn’t find any roles in Ontario, Canada which would accept my experience and lack of masters program. I’m also open to applying in the US but have no sense of direction as to where I can start in Public Health. I’m done with the low paying jobs .. please suggest how can I elevate my career ?

Require an immediate help in deciding whether should I join KGS as I am only having 1.6 years of experience. Currently I am working in EY GDS under a tech risk team. The hike that I am getting is of 53% of current fixed Compensation.

I'm at a smaller MM bank. My original goal was to start here and hustle through into a BB, but I wasn't expecting to really like the people (my team, my direct seniors). I think the work we do probably wouldn't differ a crazy amount (we close deals, just smaller of course) and I'm wondering if I really have a reason to try to move into a bigger bank.
