AlixPartners can you please share about the TC and WLB for new parents?
I'm approached by the AP recruiter and in the final interview process for an SVP role (digital practice).
Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE
1. Will AP's SVP TC be higher than $300K? What's the breakdown?
2. Would you choose AP over Strategy @ Walmart or Marketing @ Amazon?
3. How difficult is it for new parents? I still want to spend time with my newborn.

Sounds like a typical operations manager position to me. Usually a 5 to 10 percent raise. Remember a manager should be able to substitute for any person on his team so the hours will be long and you will be doing something new every day. Good luck in the new opportunity. Also if you are promoted over your colleagues expect them to change their thinking about you because your are now management.
Being a startup, I would expect maybe a 5 percent raise and possibly an equity boost. Most startups that I know gives out titles but not money. At least that is my experience. Either way, I woukd take the opportunity to get the experience and get it on my resume. After a couple of years then you have the opportunity to look for the next opportunity with having the experience.
An outside candidate is going to be 90-100k depending on the number of direct reports and logistical coordination. Internal is usually only a cap of 5% so for the amount of work required I’d be honored by the offer but decline.
To reply to EY 1 - I would not be able to find a role like this externally. I am technically underqualified but I have already proved myself in a short period. I am more than happy to take the lower end of the pay scale with the mention of a pay jump after 6 months or so for example.
