Hello! I was recently given an offer for Deloitte's Application and Program Analyst role. However, my interests are more in line with the Strategy arm of Deloitte and less so tech. Would it be difficult to internally transfer to Strategy? Any tips on making the transition? Or should I start at a smaller boutique for management consulting then lateral to Deloitte Strategy? Thanks for the help!

Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. I am approaching the Roth IRA income limit, and have a pre-existing Roth IRA that was not converted from a traditional account. Is there a way for me to take advantage of the backdoor Roth loophole while funneling the money into my current Roth?
