A referral makes a difference in being accepted in the explore internship? I applied last year, but I wasn't accepted or have go to an interview.

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners.
