I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

No way you should be making $30/hr after 14 years experience. That doesn’t make sense unless I read your # of years wrong.
Also, everyone wants to WFH. Sit around do laundry, avoid traffic, bake cookies, private bathroom, no gas to spend, it’s a good life lol. Good luck. You will find something if you keep looking.
Agreed! No, you didn’t read the number of years wrong. WFH is in high demand. Thanks for the good luck wishes!
I see job postings for that like $40hr
Thanks for that info!
Where do you live? What state is your license in?
I’m considering going back to school for my NP. If you don’t mind me asking. Where about are you going to school? Would you recommend it? Then again I’m thinking of getting certified as a case manager not sure if I need to.
For my market (CT) that is very underpaid. Starting RN salaries here are around $38 per hour with sign on and tuition reimbursement, and retention bonuses.
Ok. I was thinking it was low. Thank you for that information! I definitely will start looking for a position that will offer more fair compensation.
I’m in the same boat your in, and the same state. I’ve been in nursing since 2005. I’ve been looking for a remote position, but have not been successful.
Most major insurance companies have UR jobs which are work from home but some do require licensure in that state.
I’m an ICU RN looking to transition to work from home. I have 3 kids ages ranging from 1-6 and I want to be on a schedule that will accommodate them being in school (hubby is a trucker). Right now I have to find someone to pick up and drop off, etc.; also bedside wore me out, especially during the pandemic.
Although the idea of giving up 4 days off is haunting me, I think working from home is worth me sacrificing my extra days off. I’m almost sure 8 hours will feel like a breeze after doing 12-13 hour shifts for almost 10 years. If there is anyone willing to help me get my foot in the door WFH for a descent salary, I will greatly appreciate it. I know I’ll take a pay cut bc I’ve been traveling and contracting since Covid, but again, I’m a mom of 3 and that comes first.
How many year as an RN?
I’ve been a RN for 14 years.
