I’m from the U.S. and have lived in the UK for 3 yrs, but was laid off 6 months ago and have experienced what everyone around the world has, which is struggling to even get an interview. I’m looking into Europe bc I specialize in International Marketing and I am wondering if anyone has advice on getting a job, best countries to do so, ect. I’ve mainly considered Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. I know EU is having its own market struggles, but hope to have more luck than the UK

Hey Folks, can anyone please tell me how long does it take for HR to get back to you for offer discussion after you have submitted all the required documents.

There is this big bank where I'd love to work at, and after several interviews for various positions they end up promoting someone from within, even thou I understand it and think it’s good they promote their people, it left me feeling like I'm just being used to comply with the process.

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.
