S&P Global Anyone here work at S&P Global? I’m a project manager who has been with the company for a few years. My position has changed at review time the last few years, so I’ve never gone through the raise process. What percentages have you seen with the company? I’m feeling a bit overworked at this point and don’t want to have my expectations higher than what is reasonable, but also feel like I’ll need a large-ish chunk of cash to feel better about how much I’m working. It sounds like you have some project management skills, especially via your brand ambassador efforts. How much "management" or coordination did you typically do?
Did you lead the team, in any way? Where I work, there's generally a PM/analyst on the Business side, and also the Tech side, and then there's the whole set of related tasks...
---Work & status, and/or budget tracking & reporting
---Gathering and finalizing requirements
---Drafting proper Tech requirements"
---Stakeholder engagement
---Create and maintain the project communications plan.
---Develop and maintain the development project plan
One option is to pursue the PMP track. Take what you know and augment it with Project Mgmt training.
To do that, you could get a copy of the PMBOK (see below) and familiarize yourself with PM terminology and concepts. You'll find that many things that you typically do as general admin, organization, or communications have an official term and approach in the PM universe.
This is a good place to start >> the original "official handbook" for Project Management. I think this is still the dominant certification/ training; there's also Six Sigma and other similar methodologies and training.

It's not the only path, but it's probably one of the most efficient paths.
