I will be looking to move to a smaller firm working in CAS services as a senior associate or move to an FP&A team as a senior financial analyst. What should I generally be expecting as a salary with that level of experience and those job roles? Appreciate the help!

I've received offer for the position of Data engineer from Fractal, Gartner and Dunnhumby.
Fractal - 13.5 LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 LPA

Any suggestions on which company should I join ? I've 2+ years of experience.

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

Raises are between 7 and 15%. For just about everyone at every level at every company, depending on performance of you and your service line. You can all shut the hell up now.
