Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI

For any kind of loan banks will take them. Don't worry

Yes, you have to. It's okay to give. But do take an acknowledgement from them that says you have given n number of cheques at this date and they are supposed to give it back to you post your loan is recovered.

Yes, it's part of process, don't worry
Don't give them, it's not a compulsion. Incase you miss emi's, banks will bounce those cheques and file criminal case.
Approach other banks and inform the same to current one
DID THEY ASK FOR SIGN?? IF UR DIRECTLY TAKING FROM BANK THEY U DON'T NEED TO WORRY
Yes its directly from bank. And yes they asked to sign the cheque...
It is normal in any bank while taking home loan
Don't worry unless you want to do fraud with bank. This is the part of process. They will use these cheques if you bounce emi.
I was not asked about blank cheque. Only shared cancelled cheques with them. I believe this happens when they have doubts that you don’t have much assets or nominees to clear your installments.
For my case, my salary was not an issue as per my loan and i did have other assets so they didn’t asked about any blank cheque.
Em aware of this process through hdfc.
I had given cheque like this earlier. they use these cheques, if you default. But you should write the name of the bank as payee.
