Hello TCS fishes

TCS bgc team rejected my profile just because I didnt get PF from my previous companies they said that those companies do not exist or it's not a valid company because they couldn't proceed with my profile.

This mean if a candidate was or present working with small companies he or she not eligible to working with TCS and if pf account is must then why TCS not mentioned it before start the interview process.

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

How do you recruit for startups? Exhausted from lack of responses from cold networking. What else should I do? I am aiming for roles in early stage startups. Didn’t study or work for long in US so don’t have a strong network.

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
