Hello team, 29f, I am having 7.5 years experience and working in TCS as JAVA full stack developer and current salary is 8 lpa and I'm holding offer from IBM & HCL Technologies where HCL Technologies is providing 6L(4L on hand + 2L variable pay) more comparatively IBM for same location so suggest me which is good to join by considering all other aspects ?

What if someone resigns after declaration of bonus but is not on payroll at the time of disbursement, can he/she expect it in FnF settlement?

I have joined Sunlife yesterday. I was having offer from Capgemini as well but decided to join Sunlife.

I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.

Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... I just recently worked 58.6 hours in a week, weekly pay, nice OT profit right? Depends on where you live.

In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.
